[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are currently seeking a partner to work with us to survey our customers through telephone survey methodology, analyze the results and report back on key customer dissatisfaction drivers.
2) The survey is tried and tested and takes approximately ten minutes to complete
3) Contract length is 12 months, but an option to extend for a further 12 months may be requested.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Companies based in Europe can apply
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
