[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to redesign and redevelop five of its existing websites to make its online resources more effective and relevant.
2) Apply a modern, accessible design to these websites, with a common look and feel and similar overall information architecture across all five sites;
3) Improve usability and accessibility within these sites; and
4) Implement a shared web content management system (CMS) to facilitate the process of managing content across these five sites. The five websites in question are currently hosted and maintained independently of each other by us.
5) These sites range in size from approximately 10 pages and 100 PDF documents up to approximately 220 pages and 2,300 PDF documents.
6) It is envisaged that work on the five websites will be undertaken sequentially, not simultaneously
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
