[A] Scope of Service:
1) Format and/or desktop publish French documents in Microsoft Word or Adobe InDesign.
2) Files sent for desktop publishing or formatting will generally be in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx)
3) Proofread formatted documents to ensure quality of desktop publishing as well as consistency of terminology.
4) Deliver an electronic file of the proofread, desktop published and camera-ready document.
5) Submit a monthly report which will include the title of the documents that were formatted /desktop published.
6) Desktop publishing/formatting: Fees will be based on a rate of $65 per hour.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
