[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are seeking consulting services for creating a new design (digital mockup) with proposed information architecture (site map) for the web site, focusing on a fresh, user-friendly interface with intuitive navigation.
2) The new web site will need to provide easy access to this information, be flexible and modular enough to adapt to ever-changing needs and future iterative changes, and be visually appealing.
3) The web site redesign shall be appealing on most web browsers and Internet-enabled devices as well as printers and projectors
4) Final web site markup (HTML) is required to be valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional or HTML5.
5) Most content of the IES web site will be maintained with Plone, an Open Source Content Management System.
6) The web site redesign is required to display and function correctly for Microsoft Internet Explorer (versions 6, 7, 8 and 9), Mozilla Firefox (Windows, Mac OS X and Linux) and Google Chrome.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
