[A] Scope of Service:
1) Scanning project involves the indexing and scanning of a large quantity of vital document
2) All new microfilm conversions will be used to replace existing images and indexes
3) All images will need to be scanned, at minimum, using the following specifications:
Color Mode: Black and White
Dots per Inch: 300
Size: Letter or Legal, depending on the size of the original document
File Type: Group 4 TIFF
4) Total images to be scanned 85,83,000 images.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
