[A] Scope of Service:
A website design that reflects us, draws people in, and makes it stand out among public transit agencies on both a regional and national basis.
Design characteristics should include but not be limited to:
1) Creative design, this design should include custom design elements and allow users to access information easily from the homepage.
2) Photos and collages related to our services.
3) Design should have a consistent look and feel throughout the site to make it easier for website visitors to navigate the site and find information they need.
4) Use of Cascading Style Sheets to ensure future consistency as well as separation of content and design
5) Design should incorporate easy-to-use drop down menus to help users quickly understand navigation and locate information with the least amount of clicks.
6) Information should be easy to find with the most important information accessible from the homepage to make it easier for website visitors.
7) Contractor will implement a content management system that is simple and easy for non-technical staff to utilize.
8) New website should include Web 2.0 features such as RSS feeds, etc.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
