[A] Scope of Service:
1) The majority of the transcription services support will involve the following: transcribing electronic media recovered as evidence from search warrants/crime scenes; transcribing electronic surveillance audio/video recordings gathered as evidence from undercover meetings and; transcribing audio recordings authorized wiretaps.
2) The Contractor shall provide turnaround times from initial submission to first draft completion as follows: Standard - one week (168 hours); Expedite — three days (72 hours) and; Urgent – one day (24 hrs)
3) Monitoring, recording, translating, transcribing, and content of real- time oral communications intercepts.
4) Transcribing from storage media to audio cassettes, video cassettes or digital media and typing in both the language and English.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
