[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide General Transcription Service for around 31000 pages per year for government authority.
2) Audio files to be transcribed will generally be forty-five (45) to ninety (90) minutes in length
3) Contractor needs to transcription of digital audio file into written documents and these audio files consist of recordings of hearings, interviews and depositions.
4) Contractor will transcribe the digital audio file into a written document within the specified turnaround time, and in the specified format.
5) Contractor will provide a verbatim, accurate, and complete transcript including other requested documents
6) Contract period shall be for five (5) years and it may extend for files (5) additional one year periods.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: 95000 USD per year
