[A] Scope of Service:
1) Requirements
- Service to include the creation and hosting of the website
- Host must provide customer support and be able to provide support in off-hour emergency situations
2) Website Design
- Ability to provide custom look and feel, working with department staff, on website design and layout
- Ability to tweak look and update small design elements
- Ability to upgrade or update entire look of site if needed after specified timeframe
- Design, build and host sports information database
- Host must be flexible to accommodate new technologies, social media and mobile devices.
- Provide platform for live stats, rotation scoreboards, message boards, photo galleries, etc.
- Ability to archive all rosters, stats, schedules, news releases, etc. from past, current and future website to maintain online historical database including adding past records and results not currently archived online
3) Video/Audio Streaming
- Must be able to host all video and stream video at multiple bit rates that includes all levels of high quality streaming including 800, 1600, and 2200 kbps.
- Ability to host video on front page of website and within articles and other pages on site
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
