[A] Scope of Service:
1) Develop stronger, unified, and consistent branding across all departments, divisions, and aspects of the website.
2) Develop stronger, more intuitive and more clearly organized site navigation
3) Improve content organization, copy, and content styles
4) Refresh graphic design.
5) Implement an enterprise level content management system.
6) Provide a more robust advanced site search utility
7) Develop strategy for integrating third party applications and software currently used by us within the redesigned content management system driven website.
8) Develop a website that is compatible with mobile devices and can be easily integrated with social engagement and sharing tools (Facebook, Twitter, Meebo {online chat program}, video, etc.)
9) Perform usability testing to ensure website design and information architecture needs of primary audiences.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
