[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor needs to provide Billing and collection services for around 16,800 bills per month for government authority.
2) Vendor also needs to provide printing and mailing services per month.
3) Initial contract period shall be for one year and it may extend for two additional years.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
