[A] Scope of Service:
1) The vendor will conceive of a site design that is fresh, light, modern, professional, inspiring. It will be functional and clean.
2) Provide a content management system based on an open-source industry leader (Drupal, Joomla, Moodle, Sharepoint, Wordpress), usable by individuals around the world, in developing countries and on a wide variety of platforms.
3) Integrate and interface with external sites and database systems including: social media and video hosting sites, our publisher’s web site.
4) Streamline and reorganize content and navigation to better serve our mission, reflect our activities, and increase usability.
5) Provide benefits for visiting the site including current news and downloads
6) Social media feeds from our Sections, Chapters, and Working Groups about current meetings and activities.
7) We are particularly interested in working with a vendor who has experience with multi-language sites
8) The project will commence early May, and be completed by 1 September 2011.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
