[A] Scope of Service:
The purpose of the required facility is to provide information, advice and guidance to incoming customer contacts on our range of services and products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction are achieved. In addition we require the supplier to provide customers support through a variety of non voice channels.
The applicants will be required to provide the following Contact Centre services:
1) Handling inbound customer contacts via voice and non voice channels including( but not limited to) email, web chat, SMS and provision of an appropriate high quality customer service to our customers
2) Provide all the services – e.g. In life training, Scheduling, Quality monitoring etc – as required to support and deliver the above activity;
3) Report on all activity on a daily, weekly, monthly and end-of-campaign basis;
4) Provide insight to the results and be proactive in recommending business improvement opportunities;
5) Improve the customer experience through feedback and analysis of performance.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
