[A] Scope of Service: 
1) Call center that can handle phone calls and emails generated by a minimum of 35,000 submissions per year. 
2) Operations to include incoming/outgoing calls, emails and chat. This outsourced service will respond to a high volume of calls and emails and reduce wait times for incoming/outgoing calls and emails. 
3) Provide 24/7/365 full-time financial aid advisors using a dedicated team of operators 
4) Capacity to handle a call volume associated with 30,000 financial aid applications per year 
5) Pricing will be comprehensive and will not be on a per-call basis 
6) Collect and analyze data concerning trends and patterns or inquiries 
7) Record 100% of calls 
8) We had approximately 33,000 calls and 18,000 emails regarding financial aid during 2010.
[B] Work Performance: 
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
