[A] Scope of Service:
1) We require operations such as pickup, inspection and preparation, indexing, microfilming, duplicating, image (“blip”) marks, collating, packing, labeling and marking, and distribution
2) The contractor must support a complete range of micrographics services.
3) It is anticipated that there will be a total of approximately 2 orders per year, placed as needed for various projects.
4) The term of this contract is for the period beginning Date of Award and ending April 30, 2012, plus up to four optional 12-month extension periods.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
