[A] Scope of Service:
1) Develop a Content Management System (CMS) and maintenance and support of CMS in coordination with our team.
2) Conduct comprehensive analysis of current web environment including users, audience, navigation and analytics to:
a. Determine current web environment.
b. Create overall information architecture diagram for college to review and approve.
3) Assist in the development of design templates and page layouts.
4) Work with our Team to implement new website design in coordination with new CMS.
5) Manage deliverables and deadlines for both CMS selection and website redesign.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
