[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to provide medical transcription services using a private and secure web-based Email and File Transfer facility. These services are required to transcribe medical consultant phone dictations, various types of recorded administrative hearings, and other proceedings. In FY10, there were 50 requests for transcripts made by the Agency resulting in 9,000 typed pages. All transcripts in FY10 were at the 14-day turnaround time and there were no requests for non-vendor error corrections.
2) Contractor shall deliver all transcripts requested by the Agency to the Agency within 14 business days (regular turnaround time) after the medical consultants’ recording of the information on the data file is uploaded to the Vendor’s secure website.
3) Upon request by the Agency, Vendor shall deliver transcripts requested within 48 hours (expedited turnaround) after the medical consultants’ recording or the data file is uploaded to the Vendor’s secure website.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
