[A] Scope of Service:
1) Prepare documents for scanning. Documents are usually thin NCR paper in various colors and sizes
2) Scan the documents by industry standards into a PDF file format following a naming schema with data being verified by an operator and the PDF file checked for proper contrast and clarity
3) Provide a user friendly search screen
4) Index the scanned file into a database that is searchable by the criteria:
5) Approximate volume of the work will be 19,000 documents per year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Onshore (USA)
[D] Budget: Between $40,000 and $60,000
