[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor will provide with call center services for the primary purpose of processing incoming tourism inquiries and requests for publications.
2) Contractor needs to provide 24 X 7 Offsite Call Center Services.
3) Approximate volume of the call will be between 5,000 to 60,000 calls per month.
4) Contractor needs to provide answering services for all inquiries using 0800 number.
5) Contractor will perform data entry of inquiry information using a computerized database.
6) Contractor will provide live operator, automated call answering or a combination of services as required.
7) This Contract shall be effective for the period beginning August 1, 2011, and ending on July 31, 2016.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: Looking for proposals

Notice of Intent to Propose Deadline: April 19, 2011. Interested service providers are requested to submit proposals till May 6, 2011. For more details check attachment.
