[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable vendor who is able to maximize cash flow from first and third party payers; can provide all phases of billing service support, including billing information verification, direct patient contact, third party problem follow-up, and customized final bill/letters.
2) We are seeking a billing service that is a fully computerized, totally integrated, streamlined paperless system.
3) - In 2010, there were a total of 4,029 EMS calls in the city.
- In 2010, there were a total of 3,589 EMS transports in the city.
- Of the 3,589 transports, 3,295 were Fire Department transports, and 294 were private transports
4) The contract will be for a period of three (3) years, commencing upon award of the contract and ending on April 30, 2014.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
