[A] Scope of Service:
1) Vendor’s responsibility will begin upon receipt of the data stream from us. We will transmit data for billing on a daily basis.
2) We will provide a file generated every day that contains the accounts to receive a statement that day and all of the data needed to generate the billing statements
3) Vendor will provide a detailed list of bills/statements not mailed due to invalid addresses.
4) Vendor will provide a file reconciliation detail/summary for daily or weekly transmittals in an easy to read format.
5) Contract term will be beginning on or about June 1, 2011 and continuing for twelve months thereafter.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
