[A] Scope of Service:
1) Contractor needs to scan 500,000 image (estimate only), and cost per image includes Document Preparation, Scanning, Indexing and Destruction.
2) Establishing a process for receiving, documenting and storing boxes of documents from multiple locations across the state of Wisconsin (including the definition of time between receipt and release)
3) Short term storage of documents before they are scanned
4) Preparation of documents that includes everything needed to ensure the document scans at optimal clarity
5) Scanning of documents of multiple sizes. At this time the largest documents will be 8.5 x 11 and the smallest will be 2 x 3
6) Scanning documents in Black and White and color
7) Manual entry of indexing information for each document
8) Short term storage of scanned documents post scan
9) Secure document destruction by either cross-cut shredding or sending the documents through the shredder multiple times. Document destruction can be done off site if the vendor adheres to all certifications and processes.

Performance of the work will be Onsite and Offsite.
