[A] Scope of Service:
1) This task is to provide scanning services for microfiche cards, microfilm reels, and design calculation books.
2) The microfiche cards and microfilm reels shall be scanned in TIF format and then translated to PDF format.
3) The total number of microfiche/tab cards to be scanned is about 40,000 cards. The number of projects is about 1150 projects; there are multiple subsets within some of the projects which total about 400 subsets.
4) The total number of microfilm reels is 72 reels. Every reel shall be scanned and saved on a separate CD/DVD with the corresponding TIF files (one for every slide) and one PDF file.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
