[A] Scope of Service:
Graphic Design and Web Application Development
1) Design and implement the graphical user interface for Department web sites.
2) Design and implement web application development for Department web sites.
3) Review the home page and internal page design, make recommendations and implement improvements that will evolve with the Department’s changing marketing needs.
4) Evaluate the site’s internal search functionality and implement improvements that will improve the relevance of search results.
5) Develop and implement a design that will improve site navigation and usability.
6) Design and implement the graphical user interface and web application development
Internet Marketing
1) Manage the Department’s Search Engine Marketing program which may include, but is not limited to, search engine optimization (SEO), paid placement and contextual advertising.
2) Manage the Department’s email marketing strategy.
3) Collaborate with Department contractors on content development

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
