We are New York; USA based Medical Organization looking for qualified and experienced service provider for Call Center (Answering) Services. When a patient calls the call center after hours, the call is person takes a message. The service provider then relays the patient's message to the doctor / service.
Upon receipt of the message, the doctor will contact the patient and provide the necessary consultation, as appropriate.

[A] Scope of Service:
1) An answering service provider
2) 24/7/365 days service
3) Fully trained attendants staffed to ensure quick answer of calls with no busy signals
4) Supervised to ensure quick answer
5) Professional, courteous, customer-friendly agents
6) Guarantee that you will get accurate, timely and concise messages
7) Voice logging of all calls to insure quality control
8) Storage of messages for an agreed length of time
9) Customized scripting to accommodate needs of each service
10) Instant message delivery either to text pagers, PDS's , emails, alpha/numeric pagers--whichever way the doctor decides they want to get the messages.
11) Database management
12) Monthly reports by volume, time usage, and by number, avg. time per call, by physician/or service.

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
