[A] Scope of Service:
The design and development work should be focused externally on website visitors and internally on website administrators.
1) Provide accurate, current, comprehensive information to the audiences, in a visually appealing, user‐friendly way.
2) Make it easier for audiences to interact.
3) Simplify website administration, allowing users of all skill levels the opportunity and means to update assigned sections of the website.
4) Move transactions online, to provide convenience for users and convenience and efficiency for County staff.
5) Provide round‐the‐clock access to information
6) Reduce staff time to handle routine inquiries.
7) Offer a variety of communication methods to keep audiences up‐to‐date, including e‐mail notifications and other methods.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
