[A] Scope of Service:
1) 5,000 files with a total of 100,000 images required (approx. 20 images per file)
2) Pick up and return to a location
3) Assume a maximum of 61 total characters to be entered for all fields
4) Prepare documents for scanning including, but not limited to, removal of staples, taping rips/tears and repair any and all impediments to scanning
5) Scanning must be able to accommodate all sizes of paper (assume approx. 85% are standard 8-1/2 x 11 and 15% various other sizes -- 11 x 16, 3 x 6, etc.
6) Images must be produced at no less than 200 dpi.
7) Vendor will provide a CSV (comma delimitated) file with the indexes and provide the associated images in Tiff format.
8) The files will be sent for upload via FTP to the client service or the vendor will provide Zip files on their server that can be accessed by the client.
9) DVD copies of all scanned images must be produced, labeled and delivered with the records.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
