[A] Scope of Service:
1) The contract consists of three (3) individual components:
   a. Receipting and posting of child support payments
   b. Child Support customer service call center.
   c. Case management for child support cases.
2) Approximate Phone Calls needs to be answered by Live Customer Service Representative will be 28,170 calls per year
3) Payments posted - 48,160 postings per month
4) Customer Service Emails - 720 emails
5) Customer Service Voice Mails - 660 voice mails
6) Non IV-D Case Management - 190 hours
7) DJC Related Case Management - 13 hours
8) Mail Handling - 1 hour
9) Pay Histories Mailed or Faxed to Customers - 34 pay histories

[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.

[D] Budget: Looking for proposals
