[A] Scope of Service:
1) We are seeking a provider to supply a Corporate Contact Centre facility to provide a single telephone point of contact for all the Council's customers.
2) The successful supplier will be responsible for accommodating the Contact Centre, the employment and accommodation of all staff required to deliver the service, and the provision of all equipment and infrastructure necessary to provide the contract (telephone lines, telephones, office equipment, personal computers etc.).
3) The contract will be awarded for an initial period of 12 months, with an option to extend the contract for a further period of 6 months.
4) Currently, the existing call centre is dealing with approximately 850,000 telephone calls each year covering all service areas of the authority (though this is anticipated to fall to no more than 750,000 per year).
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
[C] Eligibility: Global, companies from anywhere in the world can apply for this.
[D] Budget: Range between 130000000 and 180000000 GBP
