[A] Scope of Service:
The successful proposer will be required to provide all of the following types of services:
1) Scan approximately 7,400 images of engineering drawings
2) Verify the time to process the digital conversion of that sample of drawings.
3) Verify the quality of images that can be acquired from the sampling.
4) Project the estimated computer memory space required to complete each phase of the project.
5) Review the Indexing Schema prescribed for the project.
6) Demonstrate the two different forms the delivered project and report might take.
7) Return the original drawings to the along with two DVD of the demonstration project.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
