[A] Scope of Service:
1) The contractor shall provide timely, accurate, and complete medical transcription services/reports
2) Contractor shall provide medical transcription services from dictation (e.g., voice recordings, hand written notes, or typed drafts), which covers a wide range of medical specialties.
3) Contractor shall transcribe all dictation in the correct Government required format as specified by this contract.
4) The contractor will provide the required services within four (4) duty hours after receipt for STAT dictation, and 72 clock hours after receipt for routine dictation.
[B] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
